Hart Contractors is a three-generation business working in the Delaware Valley of Pennsylvania.  Since 1940 we have stuccoed tens of thousands of buildings, from residential homes to commercial businesses.  We have experience and knowledge of every stucco system available and can offer innovative options and alternatives to meet the needs of our clients...and we guarantee all our work.

Restoration on existing stucco homes is something else we offer when proper for the situation.   Where we would first clean and repair the existing stucco.  Then apply a good performing elastomeric coating over all stucco areas--this can be a cost effective way to add beauty and extend the life of an older stucco without the expense and inconvenience of a complete restucco. 

We also specialize in the re-cementing of basement foundation walls and were honored as a featured business in an article of Walls and Ceilings magazine for this work.  Let me offer a little explanation of the process of re-cementing basement walls on a typical stone foundation.  First, we will strip your walls of all loose and damaged cement.  Next, we apply one coat of Thoroseal Waterproof Foundation Coating and a modified Portland cement scratch coat and a bonded finish coat of white Portland cement over all areas of the basement foundation walls.  Your walls will look brand new and nice enough for a party room or playroom for your kids.
